What I wore to an art fair. I believe I was wearing black and navy cowboy boots too. A random woman stopped me and told me she loved my outfit so much she wanted a hug!
Navy blue and mustard yellow are two of my favorite colors alone, but put them together and it's a severe style crush. I added anchor earrings and a blue and white striped bow. I love anything nautical.
It's hard to tell unless you enlarge the photo, but this blouse has amazing texture and detailing on the front... and ruffles! I love ruffles. The puffy sleeves have fabric buttons as well, which is a detail I love to find.
